To preserve the unique local way of life on the islands, we constructed this restaurant using sustainable, locally-sourced materials. The thatched roof and machaan (elevated platform) reflect the traditional island architecture. By integrating these elements, we honor and sustain local building practices. Nestled amidst lush trees, our eco-friendly restaurant offers travelers an immersive experience, allowing them to truly connect with the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the islands.
